Three decades at the Madhouse
Robbie Mabe grew up in Germanton, North Carolina, and has spent more than three decades racing at Bowman Gray Stadium, the quarter-mile “Madhouse” in Winston-Salem. His home has always been the #28.
RMR Racing is a family team. The car is built and repaired in the home shop, hauled to the track on an open trailer, and cheered on by family in the stands. The names lettered across the rear deck belong to the people who ride along with us every race.
Over 33 years Robbie has collected 16 top-5 and 30 top-10 finishes, the 2003 Hard Charger Championship, and more than one sportsmanship award. He races hard, races clean, and treats sponsors like part of the crew.
